Required libs as part of r242793

Hi,

Yesterday I did a pull to grab the most recent Clang and LLVM commits.
Tried to recompile everything, and cmake complains about missing
subdirectories/projects llgo, lld, lldb. I'm just wondering why this
requirement was added as part of this commit.

I'd appreciate any clarification as I'm not on this commits mailing list,
so I haven't followed any discussion if there had been.
