In the short term, I'm fine with:

  - lib/CodeGen: machine IR + the rest of CodeGen
  - lib/CodeGen/MIRParser: machine IR parser

as long as you keep pushing for better organization in parallel.
I don't imagine you'll get any resistance, though.
