[PATCH] [mips] Expand JAL instructions when PIC is enabled.

Rebased on top of http://reviews.llvm.org/D9938 which fixes invalid names for temp symbol operands (e.g. $tmp00, $tmp10).
Added .set nomacro warning & test case.
Added the desired FIXME output for the .text test case.
Rebased.
