[PATCH] Rename eh_sjlj_{setjmp|longjmp} intrinsic to lightweight_{setjmp|longjmp}

New version which properly documents the intrinsics (also mentioning the intention to implement gcc __builtin_setjmp/__builtin_longjmp with them).
