[llvm] r229841 - Reverting r229831 due to multiple ARM/PPC/MIPS build-bot failures.

Hi,

I've updated to the latest Debian Jessie packages (gcc 4.9.2-2, binutils 2.25-5). It turns out that llvm r229831 and r233055 successfully compile now so I'd prefer to stick to these packages rather than install gcc 5.0.2 manually.

At this point, I think r233055 can be re-committed.
