[llvm] r229841 - Reverting r229831 due to multiple ARM/PPC/MIPS build-bot failures.

It seems that 'FeatureBitset(std::initializer_list<unsigned> Init)' is the culprit but I don't know the reason yet. If I delete it from X86MCTargetDesc.ii file then it compiles fairly quickly (~1min), if it's present then it is a lot slower and eventually dies.

> I guess it's another gcc bug.

It could be one that's already been fixed recently. This builder is currently using gcc 4.9.1-5 which is a little behind the latest (gcc 4.9.2-2). I'd prefer to wait until LLVM 3.5.2 is finished before I update just in case we end up doing an rc2.

Great, thanks!

I think I'm going to revert anyway, a few x86_64 buildbots are also complaining.

clang-x86_64-ubuntu-gdb-75 times out compiling AMDGPUMCTargetDesc.cpp

sanitizer-x86_64-linux-autoconf produces something like this:
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
g++: internal compiler error: Killed (program cc1plus)
Seemingly also on AMDGPUMCTargetDesc.cpp.

I guess it's another gcc bug.

I'll take a look. According to 'top', there's currently an instance of this command that has been running for 20mins and is consuming 17% of memory (~2.5GB). I assume that will just grow until it runs out.

Hi Daniel,

Just tried recommitting (r233055), and the MIPS buildbot still has the same problem.

Ok, thanks.

I'll try to recommit it if/when the ARM problems are resolved, and we'll see how MIPS fares.

Thanks. It's possible that you were unlucky enough to compete with the 3.6.0-rc4 build/test since I run this on the same machine at the moment. There should be plenty of swap space on this machine though.

If I find some spare time I'll see if I can reproduce it.
