[PATCH] MemDerefPrinter: Require DataLayoutPass for higher accuracy

Hi echristo, sanjoy, reames,

Without a valid data layout, deferenceable(N) doesn't get parsed or
propagated. Since this is the key item we are testing, add a dependency
on the pass.
