[llvm] r222538 - Allow FDE references outside the +/-2GB range supported by PC relative

Hi,

I've taken a look at the failing tests and I guess too that they should
be updated.

Should I reopen http://reviews.llvm.org/D6079 ? (Is that possible at
all?) Or should I create a new diff in differential?
