[PATCH] [Polly] Remove the LoopBounds from the TempScop class

Hi grosser, sebpop, dpeixott, simbuerg, zinob,

  We will use ScalarEvolution in the ScopInfo.cpp to get the loop trip
  count, not cache it in the TempScop object.
