[PATCH] [dwarfdump] Implement extraction of file information referenced in .debug_info.

Would you mind if I resubmit that without the realpath code? We can then decide later how to test it. What’s your take on the getFileNameForUnit() and getFileLineInfoForCompileUnit() API move?
