[Polly][Refactor] Generalize the names of the OpenMP codegeneration

Hey Tobias,

 

I attached a patch to remove the OpenMP names from our code generation as
far as possible and to comment and explain everything properly.

Some minor refactoring is also included as well as renaming of variables to
make the names consistent along the whole file (and most of the rest of the
new codegen).
