[PATCH][AArch64] Fix OS ABI flag for triple aarch64-linux-gnu

Hi Tim,

 

Here is the issue with OS ABI flags:

 

For triple aarch64 it is setting SYSV. That is ok.

For triple aarch64-linux-gnu it is setting IRIX.  This is incorrect.

 

Fix and test case attached for your review.
