This is a subset of libquipper, the Linux Perf parser available
at https://github.com/google/autofdo/tree/master/quipper.

As much as possible, I would like to keep this sub-tree close to
its original upstream version. I will need to port patches from
github from time to time. Deviating too much from the original
would be a maintenance problem.
