Yes, it does. My hope is that this may be fixed with the move to 
postgresql. However, I don't see why you mention this point in this 
discussion. Are you saying that .json files would then be lost, whereas
they are still available as our buildbot is more stable. That is true 
for now, but I hope it would get fixed.
