[PATCH] [AArch64] Add add/sub/cmp/cmn aliases to MC AsmParser

I am not waiting for it to appear in the ARM ARM, just for the green light that, yes, we will be doing it.

But as this patch is solving a real user problem, and that Jim was ok (for now) with the armasm doc, I believe it would be good that I commit it.

On the other hand, as I have a some other aliases to add, I will have to wait for the green light then.

Jim, are you OK with that ?

Well, waiting for that to get into ARM ARM before commit is going to take a looong time.

Jim was happy with that being in the armcc docs for now, and the move of those issues to ARM ARM is not related to this commit.
