[PATCH][X86] AVX512: Allow writemasks with vpcmp

[Adam Nemet]

This needed a bit of refactoring of the template to accommodate a new writemask variant of the instruction.

There are some more details in the individual patch files.

Please let me know if it is OK to commit.
