Hey guys,

The AVX512 VPBROADCASTM* patterns are missing the HasCDI (Conflict Detection Instructions) predicate. Attached is a small patch to add that predicate to the patterns.

Note that I did not include a test case since AVX512CD is implicit with AVX512F for all known targets (KNL only).
