Good point.  It actually says as much in the header in 'https://code.google.com/p/memory-sanitizer/source/browse/llvm/projects/compiler-rt/lib/fixsfsi.c?r=f90bd189c328cba21c927e8a51eb57146fdb6a87':

In that case LGTM.  Not sure if anyone else, particularly fp math gurus want to comment.
