[PATCH] SelectionDAG: Expand i64 = FP_TO_SINT i32

I think that casting NaN or INF to int is undefined in C and the LLVM IR
definition of fptosint says passing values outside the bounds of the
integer type (which I assume includes NaN and INF) is undefined.

If this is the case, then the patch should be OK as is, but I would like
to get confirmation about this.
