[www] r210247 - Add a link to LLVM-HPC to the devmtg 'Other Events' list

We have a link to meetings on the main page but I think it should be changed to events (left side bar). As for the right side bar, I am thinking we should also do something similar with the actual event link.

I won't have time to address this for a few days so feel free to change it and it can always be tweaked.
