I'm afraid I've no idea about the arcanist question, but I can answer
this one. If you indent an entire block by 2 spaces (I tend to use 4)
it'll be treated as code. There's also apparently a block system, but
indentation's probably friendlier for the e-mails that get sent to
llvm-commits list.
