Unless something interesting has changed, you probably don't need to
ask for re-review after a rebase.

But if you decide the details *do* warrant it, making the diff a
Phabricator attachment rather than an e-mail attachment is usually far
more useful: we can compare the two diffs and decide for ourselves how
significant the change is without massive faff.

As it stands I'd have to download both patches, apply them to separate
trees (or branches), and diff the result. Not fun.
