[PATCH] [lld] Fix feature detection in lld's lit.cfg

This patch LGTM, but I think going forward we should stop using llc as a 
way to detect whether assertions are enabled, the output from llc which 
is used to figure out if assertions are enabled or not, should be 
contained in lld as well.

Thoughts ?
