I haven't seen anything that changes the situation, so probably yes. The
situation is rather sad. IIRC we now just install Dummy.html, instead of
generating HTML from the reST docs and installing that. I tried my hand to
fix this, but gave up since it appeared to require modifications of the
build system that go beyond my level of understanding (especially since I
use cmake primarily, although I'm equally clueless); it really needs a
build-system guru.
