[PATCH] ARM: add ldr= pseudo-instruction

Hi rengolin,

Patches are by David Peixotto, who appears to be struggling with local bureaucracy so can't upload here himself yet. I'm uploading to make review easier (as requested by Renato).

This is the first version of the patch. I'll be adding the second for comparison very soon.
