[PATCH][AArch64] Request to push AArch64 patches to the release 3.4 branch

Sorry to be a nuance.. (at least more so than usual  ;)

When you have a moment can you please cherry-pick these changes into the
3.4 branch?

clang/llvm

r195788/r195789 - Add support for NEON scalar floating-point to integer
convert instructions.

r195803/r195804 - Add support for NEON scalar floating-point absolute
difference.

These patches complete the Neon scalar support in the MC layer, which was
one of our primary goals for the release.

Save travels if you're headed back to Illinois, especially if it's on a
plane.
