[PATCH] Link Clang/ARM/Arch Linux builder into Zorg

I accept your test.  Must admit I forgot to time the build with various
values...  I don't know what's inside a Chromebook, but the XU isn't that
powerful again.  I'll reduce it to four.

Which reminds me that I forgot the ccache environment variables.

Here's an updated patch.
