[PATCH] Linaro Buildbots

Hi Galina,

I'm creating two more buildbots (linaro-chrome-0{2,3}) with the same
password as the others and will be setting them as public buildbots in a
few days, after it's stable locally. Attached is a patch to add their build
config and to add them to the list of bots.

I'm also removing our old Pandas, as we won't add them back at all. I do
want to add A9s in the future, but they won't be Pandas.

Mikael will be adding an ODroid XU, which I'm willing to match (so we have
two), but that will take a while longer, since the XUs are less stable than
the Chromebooks. That goes on a separate commit.
