[DOCS] Review requested: How to Setup an Arch Linux Buildbot

Have you considered creating a docker <http://www.docker.io/> container for
this? Then anyone (with the hardware) can easily replicate this on their
machine. The Dockerfile (and any associated scripts) would also then also
serve as a precise specification of the steps.

I unfortunately don't have the hardware to test this out and haven't done
any building on ARM. Renato, could you check this out?
