[PATCH] test-release.sh: tweak RPATH for the binary packages.

Hi Bill,

Regarding our discussion during the hacker's lab, here is a patch for
test-release.sh to tweak the RPATH in the executable and shared objects.

It is assumed, may be wrongly, that objdump and chrpath will be available
on the platform building the release. Do you believe I should add a check
for those 2 utilities ?
