[PATCH] Add support for MVFR2 which is new in ARMv8

Hello,

This simple patch adds MC support for the new register MVFR2, added in v8
ARMARM (section G4.2.104 "Media and VFP Feature Register 2").
The only instruction that can access the new register is VMRS.
