XCore target: Enable frames larger than 65535 to be lowered

Hi,

A reworking of XCoreFrameLowering::emitPrologue() and XCoreFrameLowering::emitEpilogue() to handle frames greater than 0xffff words.
Still outstanding are changes to handle resultant large constants and SP offsets.
