[lld] r194010 - [ELF] Fix typo in the expression calculates an absolute atom offset.

I have a test checks this bug on MIPS target but I am not ready to
send the patch which adds support for MIPS target to LLD.

Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to reproduce this bug for
existing x86_64 or Hexagon targets. Shankar gave me some ideas so I
will try to make the test case.
