[PATCH] [PECOFF][ELF][Darwin] Changes to fix some real issues in code

  I synced to r193302 to resurrect the round-trip tests and tried to apply the patch, but it couldn't be cleanly applied. It was not applicable to HEAD as well. Which revision I should sync to?

  BTW this patch contains many changes for trailing space removal, but I wouldn't do that in this patch. Can you do that in a separate patch? I think we don't need any code review for trailing space.
