Stackmaps [1-3/6]: llvm.webkit.stackmap and llvm.webkit.patchpoint

This is the first in a series of patches to support webkit intrinsics. See the llvm-dev thread "Stackmap and Patchpoint Intrinsic Proposal".

These patches by Juergen Ributzka and Lang Hames introduce two new intrinsics for supporting stackmaps.
