[PATCH] Add hardware division to the list of Cortex-A15 features

Hi,

The attached patch adds the arm/thumb hardware division feature
to cortex-a15. It also adds the MP feature.

The patch also changes the missing feature diagnostics for arm/thumb
division instructions to make them more useful.

We also add regression tests for sdiv/udiv instructions.
