[llvm] r192775 - Revert r192758 (and r192759), "MC: Better handling of tricky symbol and section names"

The official GNU Assembler documentation seems to say that quotes in
section names are fine:

"To generate a symbol name containing multibyte characters enclose it
within double quotes and use escape codes. [1]"
