[llvm] r190940 - Name the XCore target-specific subdirectories canonically.

I have removed the old 'xcode' empty directory from the repo. This should
fix the immediate confusion.
Though, a clear build is required on all case-insensitive file systems like
Windows, to get the correct casing.
