[PATCH] Readd tests from r179291 which I think were wrongly removed by r181177

Hi all,

I noticed that r181177 reverted two functions originally added in 
llvm/trunk/test/Transforms/InstCombine/vec_shuffle.ll to test the fix 
committed at r179291.
I think that those tests were accidentally removed since r181177 
(according to the revision log message, r181177 was only meant to revert 
r164763) and therefore those should be re-added.

This patch re-add the two tests from r179291 removed by r181177.
Please let me know what do you think.
