[PATCH] [lld][PECOFF] Fix section alignment bug in ReaderCOFF

  LGTM. Thank you for finding this bug.

  This patch virtually rolled back my changes to the tests, resurrecting the original CHECK conditions. That means that the test coverage is not sufficient. We should write a new test the alignment restriction, but anyway, this patch is LGTM.
