[PATCH] Address Space Casting

  Here a newer version of the patch:
  -  changed the auto upgrade mechanism in order to convert illegal bitcast to a pair ptrtoint+inttoptr.
  - the autoupgrade now is done only in the bitcode reader
  - fixed some tests due to illegal bitcast presence (after the removal of the autoupgrade on the textual IR)
  - modified LangRef.rst to reflect proposed improvement
