  First, thanks for the thorough reviewing and proof reading.

  This document was written based on, or rather C&P'd form, an internal document that I created while cross-compiling to ARM, which means it will (unintentionally) be rather ARM centric. I'll review the examples and mend it where I can. Feel free to suggest more examples where it's due.
