[PATCH] Add Cortex-A9 scheduling classes for vldm/vstm instructions that access more than 32 bytes

Hi Andrew,

Apparently, you're the code owner for scheduling, I didn't know that. Can
you have a look at Silviu's patch on improving the scheduling for A9,
please?
