I added Quentin to the CC list since attribute 'ForceSizeOpt' (which was 
then renamed into 'minsize') was originally added by him in revision 
166422.

I raised it as a separate patch asking to commit that change for me.
I attached here a new patch containing only the documentation change 
related to minsize/optsize.
