Hi Craig,

Assuming you're in bed now, I've temporarily reverted this in r186818
since it broke most of the bots (for example
http://bb.pgr.jp/builders/cmake-llvm-x86_64-linux/builds/3542) and
even a local test run.

It looks like TableGen doesn't like your in/out aliases for some
reason (lack of an operand, perhaps?).

Sorry about that (and very sorry if you're in fact working frantically
on a fix), but it can be reapplied easily enough when it's working.
