[PATCH] ARM: fix SRS decoding

Hi,

Again, a patch to fix an ambiguous decoding, this time SRS when decoded
from DecodeMemMultipleWritebackInstruction(). We have to check the
encoding is valid before assuming this is indeed a SRS.
