PATCH: Add sanitizer builder and buildslave

Hi Galina!

This patch adds builder and slave for running sanitizer tests. I don't know
how to test this, so
I just cargo-culted from the existing builders. Does this look fine?
Is it sufficient to just launch buildslave on our machine according to
zorg/buildbot/README.txt?
