[PATCH] [PECOFF][Writer] Implement the writer that can emit text section.

  Are all structs in llvm/Support/COFF.h supposed to be in llvm/Object/COFF.h? Looks like the latter file does not have DOSHeader, PEHeader and DataDirectory.
