[PATCH][llvm-c] Expose CodeModel and EnableFastISel through the MCJIT C API

| For future reference, are there some handy tools to check line lengths
quickly?  I'm an Emacs user and Emacs makes it all too easy for me to end up
with a long line that looks just fine for me, but that is actually horribly
long.

 

FWIW, the emacs whitespace mode has an option to do various things,
including colouring lines once they get past column <n>. Mind you, the way
to configure what it does is non-obvious even for emacs...
