[PATCH, PING] Handle tied sub-operands in AsmMatcherEmitter

Update. I’m digging in now. You’re getting pretty deep into some fundamental problems in the assembler/code-generator representations, so there’s a lot to talk about. I generally like what you’re doing in this patch, but want to talk a bit about longer term stuff so we can make sure to keep things moving towards our eventual goal as we make these sorts of incremental improvements.
